1. BYM/Parco is a smoke free facility. Smoking on the premises will void the contract and result in the loss of deposits.

2. BYM/Parco is an alcohol free facility. Anyone found drinking or in possession of alcohol will be asked to leave and this contract will be voided and will result in the loss of deposits.

3. BYM/Parco does not permit any dancing, live music or movies on the premises. All music must be pre-approved by BYM staff.

4. BYM/Parco is a family oriented Christian facility. BYM will not tolerate the use of profanity and vulgar speech. Any group who is found to be in violation will be asked to leave and their contract will be terminated.

5. BYM/Parco is not available for overnight use.

6. If for any reason a client's contract is voided, there will be no refund of funds paid and the deposit may be held to cover damages.

7. The renter must supply all personal items unless prior arrangements have been made with BYM/Parco staff.

8. All activities will cease at 10:00 P.M.

9. Children will not be allowed to roam the property or be left in the building without adult supervision.

10. The gaming equipment is not for general use. There will be an additional charge to use the gaming equipment. Please see a BYM/Parco staff member to use this equipment.

11. The rules and regulations may be changed at the discretion of the BYM/Parco management for the benefit of BYM/Parco without written or verbal notice at any time that it is deemed necessary.

12. BYM/Parco will not be responsible for accidents or injuries on BYM/Parco property unless it is proven that there was negligence on the part of BYM/Parco or its staff. All renters and groups are encouraged to provide their own liability insurance before they arrive.

13. BYM/Parco is a pet free facility. Anyone having a pet on the property will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit.

14. All renters must stay within the prescribed area during their stay. Certain areas are staff only areas, and we ask that all renters please remain away from those areas. Anyone failing to comply will be asked to leave.

15. BYM/Parco staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
