Let me introduce you to Baptist Youth Mission, a fundamental, independent mission organization helping local churches reach the youth of North America.
BYM is America's Premier Youth-Oriented Missions Organization. The mission was born because there was a need for a “second man” type ministry to help the churches of America reach the youth of America. Calls came from a number of church planters and small churches seeking help, Mike Holmes answered that call by starting BYM.
The Mission’s ministries began with a few Vacation Bible Schools in the West. Since then BYM's ministries have expanded to many summer and year round youth programs being done across the continental USA, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico. The mission’s ministries expanded beyond Vacation Bible Schools to these ministries:
Baptist Youth Mission was founded with the purpose of helping local, independent, Baptist churches reach the young people in their communities. We act as assistants or youth pastors for many churches with little or no staff.
Mission Statement
It is the primary goal of Baptist Youth Mission to promote, enhance, and provide youth related programs, training, and support to local, independent, Baptist churches.
To fulfill its goal, Baptist Youth Mission will serve as an agency in creating and funding innovative youth programs, conducting laymen and pastoral training, and providing support materials and consultation that will bring long-lasting benefits to pastors and congregations world-wide.
Focus
Aiming our services toward the leadership of the local church (i.e. the pastor), ensures the most effective and efficient results. Pastoral-backed services lend toward the most appropriate ethics and behavior in the community, thorough training opportunities, and continued follow-up programs.

BYM, a ministry of Beacon Hill Baptist Church, Cheyenne, WY, is fundamental, and aims its services toward independent Baptistic churches. We do not offer our services to American or Southern Baptist, Charismatic, Pentecostal, or ecumenical churches. We are independent Baptist.
