Deep thinking. Well planned out. All fits together.
These are words not often used in conjunction with church work, much less children’s work; however, BYM is changing all that.

Our S.N.A.P. program takes one of the most critical areas we could ever devote our time to—Our Youth, and runs it through the ringer.

Why are we reaching out to other people’s kids?
Who is the target?
Do our programs go anywhere?
What does success look like to us?
What does a parent consider success?
How are we assisting parents in their God-commanded duties?
Could we be more focused?
Is the leadership united in the vision?
Are the workers properly equipped?
Is their vision clear?
Have we made it clear?NS_Splash.html

What does a ideal candidate look like?Ideal_Canidate.html
BYM’s Summer Evangelistic Youth Programs are in high demand. Manpower is limited.
Churches are selected based on three main criteria: Does it fit? Will it work? Where’s it at?Ideal_Canidate.html

The S.N.A.P. program is a Summer Oriented youth program aimed at overall church  Growth and development. It requires a Comprehensive and Intentional leadership viewpoint. It is Evangelistic and has a high focus on Community Impact. It works best with workers who are Well-Trained, Conservative and Bible-Based.

To reach a community’s youth, to properly train a church’s workers and to see sustainable congregational growth, a leader needs to have more than just a bunch of events and programs strung together.  There must be a well thought out, intentional plan.

This year, BYM will partner with a limited number of churches to provide consultation, training and manpower. Our goal is to work with pastors and churches who are hungry for a truly effective strategy to reach their community.
